I don’t know who came up with this (thanks stumble), but it cracks me up each time. So very very wrong and so very funny…

In today’s fast paced work environment, diversity among co-workers is one of the most exciting — and challenging — aspects of the office dynamic.

Understanding is key, and this brochure, presented as an educational “comic strip,” will educate you, the worker, about diversity and understanding.

This is an example of a BLACK MAN. They are very much like you or I, except they steal cars.

In a multicultural office, there is much room for misunderstanding. So it is best to listen carefully, as different people and cultures have different styles of speaking.

It’s also best to take extra time when explaining complicated ideas to women, as they are dumb and can’t do anything right.
During meetings, it is essential that you make absolute sure that each of your co-workers understands what you are saying. As such, you must ask that they wait until after the presentation before they ask such questions as “Hey boss, I wants some watermelon!” or “Ay caramba! Let us eat the tacos!” Discourage such outbursts by reminding them that you have the number of their parole officer.

Invisible Pink Unicorns are beings of awesome mystical power. We know this because they manage to be invisible and pink at the same time. Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can’t see them.
