A letter to Mom

Sorry this letter is coming a little later than you expected, but I wanted to include a copy of the letter I wrote the prosecutor. Thanks a lot for that $20 that you put on the books, that was a very nice surprise! I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, REALLY appreciate it!!!

From what you told me when you visited, you and Dick had a really wonderful vacation. I’m happy for you! You guys really (am I using to many “really’s”? Ha! Ha! Ha!) deserve it. Just make sure you send me plenty of pictures! (Remember — you promised me women in the last letter, too! Ha! Ha!.) Thanks for the postcards and especially the Birthday Card — I genuinely needed that the morning I got it. I was up early in the morning, and for some reason the fact that by the time I’m 35, I will have spent 1/3 of my life inside hit me indubitably (It’s a good thing you sent me that Thesaurus — otherwise by now you’d without a doubt be sick of the adjective “really”) hard. Most of the time when I think about it, it’s just numbers — but that morning it really got me down. You’re card was exactly what I needed to get me out of the funk!

Speaking of funks — when you get some spare time, be sure to send me the info you’ve been looking at about bi-polar and things. The more I think about, the more I think I’ve probably got something. Some days, I find myself getting down or angry with some of the people here for little or no reason, then even though I know I’ve really…

My camera is fancy and takes cool pics of you and all kinds of stuff. Look for your captured likeness in my gallery and peek at other victims of the camera’s flash.
