Angela is a strange 10-year-old child. She has visions of angels and spends much of her time trying to comprehend God vs. Lucifer. She’s also very protective her baby sister Ellie and worries that the Devil might take her away. If that wasn’t a heavy enough burden to bear, the girls must also deal with their mentally ill mother’s increasingly erratic behavior. Will Angela ever find the emotional safe haven she so desperately searches for?

it is all over with priests and gods when man becomes scientific. Moral: science is the forbidden as such — it alone is forbidden. Science is the first sin, seed of all sin, the original sin. This alone is morality. ‘Thou shalt not know’ — the rest follows.
